What this video covers
Nagging is a deceptive pattern that wears people down with repeated, interrupting requests until they give in. The permission prompt that returns every visit, the "rate us" pop-up that won't take no, the constant push to upgrade - each "not now" is treated as "ask again later", so persistence substitutes for consent.
By the fourth identical prompt you weren't deciding - you were just trying to make it stop, and a worn- down "fine, yes" isn't real consent. The respectful version asks once, takes your no, and leaves a door open if you change your mind. Persistence can manufacture a click, but it spends trust and trains people to swat away everything you say - including the things that matter.
